I can’t recommend Hepburn Designs highly enough. Deirdre understood what I was trying to achieve and helped me to realise it. The fantastic thing about Deirdre is that she is very practical and was happy to work with the furniture we already had. On her advice we moved furniture to different places around the house to great effect and only had to buy soft furnishings and other small items. Deirdre also took account of my budget when selecting these items. As a result, we achieved a major transformation for a relatively low cost. On a personal level, Deirdre is a lovely lady and very easy to get along with. Highly recommended!

We Begin With A Phone Call...
We start with an initial phone consultation and discuss the design challenges that need to be resolved. I will go through a style questionnaire with you to get an understanding of your style, lifestyle, budget etc.. We will also determine which of your existing pieces we can incorporate into the design. I can answer any of your questions about how the online service works. The Design Process Starts....
As a result of our conversation about your style, budget and time frame I will begin the process of designing your rooms. We will work together through a secure design portal where you can review all of the design elements and all our communication is kept in one place. I will send you design boards with several options for your space that will include images and details of each item. You can then easily leave feedback next to each item or simply accept or reject it. As each element is selected it will be added to the design board so you can see how everything works seamlessly together. Shopping....
I provide you with a full and comprehensive shopping list with links to all the items in one place making the shopping experience very easy. Whether you are a try before you buy or click and pay shopper or a combination of both your items will be selected with this criteria in mind. I am not tied to any supplier and will select from the retailers that best suit you, including IKEA. Want something more bespoke? I also offer custom designed and built furniture, cabinetry and window dressings. Of course I have preferred trades people and suppliers that I have worked with and I am happy to recommend. Deirdre helped us with the re-furbishment of a 2 bed apartment in Dublin that had been rented for over 10 years previously and was in a pretty bad state in need of a total refurbishment (bathroom, kitchen, floors, wardrobes etc).

Deirdre’s online interior designer service was absolutely perfect for us. Our living room needed a complete overhaul and with Deirdre available to us online, it allowed us the time we needed to process her ideas and suggestions. Being able to share ideas online with links to style boards and products worked really well for us and she was also very responsive and available to us when we needed to make quick decisions.
